Partners for Inclusion is committed to providing accessible training and personal growth and development opportunites for all our employees. Our organisation recognises the benefits of utilising the varied skills and talents of our diverse workforce, including maximising the use of our in-house trainers and creating training sessions where everyones' full participation is encouraged, for example: via group discussions, sharing experiences and learning together etc.
As part of our Mission Statement, Partners for Inclusion believe in sharing our learning with others for the benefit of people receiving a support service. With this in mind some of Partners for Inclusion in-house training would be suitable to others who would like to work in a similar way. For example our Supported Employment, Person Centred Planning & Community Building Training.

PARTNERS FOR INCLUSION TRAINING PROGRAMME AIMS AND LEARNING OUTCOMES |
The following descriptions will give you an idea of the range of training on offer at Partners for inclusion. The majority of these Workshops are delivered by employees of Partners for Inclusion who provide in-house training – trainers who have ‘walked the walk’, know how to provide support and can deliver tried and tested learning solutions based on Person Centred Approaches.
Our facilitators are skilled, and highly committed to help participants gain real and lasting benefits from their learning towards supporting people to be fully participative citizens, with friends, connections and employment opportunities.
Our training is aimed mainly at staff (and family members), who support adults with either a mental health support need and/ or a learning disability label. Participants are encouraged to do much of the work themselves, thinking about non traditional solutions, reflecting on the way they offer support, challenging their own values and beliefs and identify how they will apply and share their learning in a person centred way.
All of our workshops promote equality and a respect for diversity and person centred approaches towards an inclusive society.
All that we learn, should be in all that we do
